Beekn is where collectors say what they're chasing and get told the moment it appears for sale anywhere we watch. The partner program puts your catalog into that moment.

What it is

A direct catalog feed from your platform into Beekn. Marketplaces, auction houses and vault or custody platforms send us a structured list of what they hold; we make it searchable and alertable alongside every other source, with your brand attached and every link pointing back to you. Beekn never handles the transaction — the sale, the trade and the customer stay yours.

How it works

1. We talk first

You tell us what you hold and who your collectors are. Nothing is switched on from a form — every partnership starts with a conversation.

2. You get the feed spec

We send a plain-English schema document: the fields we read for each item, the formats we expect, and two fully worked example payloads. Your developer builds against it with no Beekn-specific knowledge needed.

3. You host one endpoint

A single authenticated HTTPS endpoint returning your catalog as JSON, with an updated-since filter so routine polls only carry what changed. You issue the token; you can revoke it at any time.

4. We agree the terms in writing

Attribution, data use, liability and termination are settled in a written agreement before anything goes live.

5. We switch the feed on

Your items flow into the same pipeline every other source uses. They become searchable, alertable and discoverable across Beekn, each one badged with your brand and linking straight back to you.

What we ask

  • One authenticated JSON endpoint we can poll, with stable item IDs that are never recycled.
  • Accurate status on every item — sold and withdrawn items reported explicitly rather than quietly disappearing.
  • Absolute, publicly reachable links and image URLs with no login wall.
  • Enough card identity to match a collector's want list: subject, year, set, card number, variant, and whether the item is a single, sealed product, supplies or memorabilia.
  • A named technical contact we can reach if the feed stops responding.
